PriceRunner has been around since 1999 but the last four years we have rebuilt the company from the inside out. We are 115 “PriceRunners” at our HQ in Stockholm next to T-Centralen, and another 20 at our Danish office. We are continuously moving forward breaking new grounds to become the most loved shopping comparison site ever, and we want you as our Head of Branding & Social to join us!

The Position

Together with an amazing team working on SEM, SEO, Social Media, PR, CRM and Growth Tech Hacking we need you to bring our branding and social media presence to a whole new level. You will be responsible for a marketing budget and for improving brand preference, knowledge about our service and for making us the most loved shopping comparison service in the world. Your work can be done through PR, online marketing activities, viral campaigns, a strong social media presence, an engaged member community, all above or any other epic ideas you might have.

Today we are active on Facebook and Instagram in Sweden, Denmark and UK but see great potential in both other markets and social media platforms, and this is where you’ll be key!

We are looking to hire a smart and ambitious person that thrives in a company with a genuine start-up feeling and an ambitious mindset. As our Head of Branding & Social you will have a high- level impact on our business and continued growth supported by a world-class marketing team consisting of 6 energetic colleagues! If you strive to stay updated on the newest digital trends within PR/marketing/branding, has an analytical yet creative mindset not afraid of bringing new ideas and take initiative you will be a good fit to PriceRunner and our “Growth Team”.

What you’ll Do

  • Set a yearly marketing strategy supporting our company objectives, making sure it happens and that we stick to the budget
  • Develop and cement a solid and engaging social media strategy
  • Provide our big membership base and ecommerce partners with relevant always on communication enabling shoppers to do better deals and merchant to grow
  • Making sure we’re “out there”. PR, publisher partnerships, offline events, lobbying and creative external communication concepts are key.
  • Be a creative and inspiring force in our organization.

About you (you have experience in at least one of fields below):

  • Large scale online traffic acquisition
  • Experience from developing a successful social media presence
  • Experience in CRM/Membership
  • Experienced in PR
